Coach Profile

I am an ICF ACC-accredited psychodynamic coach, consultant and Jungian psychoanalyst-in-training, with a strong desire to help individuals become who they are meant to be in the world.

I began my professional life as an international corporate, finance and general commercial lawyer, which involved varied work across the finance, energy, infrastructure and commodities sectors in different roles in London, Singapore and Zurich. While I enjoyed my legal career and will be forever grateful for the experience I gained, a certain energy was missing for me and I began developing a strong interest and passion for psychology, particularly Jungian psychology (also known as analytical psychology). After years of cultivating this independently, I finally acknowledged a calling and began exploring coaching as a means of bridging my passion and my varied corporate experience and skill set. Within a few weeks of starting my first coach training course, I had fallen in love with the art of coaching and embarked on a progressive career shift to become a professional coach. In parallel, I continued to pursue Jungian psychology, completing a master’s course in Jungian and Post-Jungian Studies from the University of Essex in 2021 (including a qualitative dissertation research project on the psychology related to expatriation) and embarking on training to become a psychoanalyst with the CG Jung Institute Zurich.

In addition to my professional work, I dedicate a substantial amount of time to managing a Lisbon-based community called Lisbon Therapists & Coaches Connect that I co-founded in May 2022, which has now grown into an incredibly inspiring group of over 100 female coaches, therapists and healers. I also get immense fulfilment from participating in pro bono and volunteer initiatives, which has included acting as a mentor on the UK Protégé Women's Mentoring Programme, providing emotional support to immigrants at the Lisbon Project, pro bono coaching for the Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN), my own pro bono coaching initiatives in support of the UNHCR and Habitat for Humanity.

Having personally experienced, and continuing to experience, such a life-enriching professional journey, I now seek to inspire and empower others to explore and sculpt the professional paths that are right for them. As well as generally enabling individuals to gain more satisfaction and fulfilment from their personal and professional lives, it is my belief and hope that this can, in turn, help individuals to play more positive roles within their organisations, families and communities in general.

I split my time between Lisbon and London, and I run a hybrid online and in-person coaching practice working with both individuals and corporates based in the UK, Europe and APAC. I also practice separately as a Jungian psychoanalyst (as a Diploma Candidate of the CG Jung Institute Zurich) working with individuals on personal development.
